Cosmetics Europe – The Personal Care Organization
With over 4,000 company members, Cosmetics Europe works closely with policy makers on regulatory and scientific affairs.
It used to be known as COLIPA (The European Cosmetics Association).
Cosmetic, Toiletry & Perfumery Association (CTPA)
The CTPA is a UK based association that represents companies in the personal care industry. It actively works with Cosmetics Europe as well as with government departments in the UK that are responsible for monitoring the safety
and supply of cosmetics in the UK.
Independent Cosmetic Manufacturers and Distributors (ICMAD)
The ICMAD is a trade association in the United States specifically targeted at entrepreneurs in the personal care industry.
Personal Care Products Council (PCPC)
The PCPC is a national trade association in the United States for manufacturers of cosmetic products and specialty ingredients. It is a very important organization at the national and international level. Their website contains an ingredient database of all registered INCI ingredients, which requires registration and payment.
