Originally from Oklahoma, Toni holds a Bachelor's of Science in Microbiology as well as a Bachelor's of Science with a concentration in Chemistry and Biochemistry, both from the University of Oklahoma. She spent over five years at Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation working with autoimmune diseases with a primary focus on biomarkers for disease activity in rheumatoid arthritis. She also spent two years working for the University of Oklahoma in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry with a focus on proteomics research. Toni is a member of the Society of Cosmetic Chemists and is currently working on a Master's of Science in Cosmetic Science at Fairleigh Dickinson University with the future goal of becoming a cosmetic formulator in hair care.
